  • On-demand videos and visual cues for proper body positioning and hazard awareness integrated into their Quickbase work system
  • Science-backed daily warm-ups built into pre-job briefs
  • Job-specific training content produced on real job sites to reduce injury risk during high-risk tasks.
  • Ongoing coaching and support from Vimocity’s team to maximize adoption and track progress

The adoption wasn’t limited to the field. Sturgeon’s office teams also embraced Vimocity to reduce pain, improve focus, and boost team morale:

  • Group movement sessions streamed on office monitors to start the day with energy and focus
  • Company-wide movement challenges to boost engagement and build team morale
  • V-Minder desktop app used to deliver guided movement reminders on a customizable schedule, helping break up sedentary time and reduce discomfort
